The myNuspire portal supports alerting users of important events and changes by way of emails, mobile push, and web app notifications.
Managing Notifications
At this time users must use the web app to manage their email and web app notifications.
You may manage your notification settings by clicking the user menu (or avatar) in the upper right of the web app and choosing Notification Settings

Client Subscriptions
You will receive in-app notifications for your default client, no configuration needed. The first time you open the notification settings, your view should look something like this.
You may opt-in to other clients by clicking Subscribe to Client
and choose the client name you want to receive notifications for.
Here is an example. Notice the checkbox? If this were a multi-tenant client, you could additionally choose to receive notifications for all managed clients as well. This is entirely based on your needs, and off by default.
Once you have subscribed, you will see the new client subscription listed, like this:
NOTE: If you are a member of Nuspire Operations
you shouldn't need to worry about subscribing to other clients, as it is the top-level client managing all others. This only applies to PDI and Nuspire employees.
Web App and Email Notifications
You may manage which types of events to be notified about. Choosing App
checkboxes affects the notifications shown under the bell icon in the upper right of the web app.
You may check or uncheck app or email, depending on how you want to be notified.
These do not control push notifications to the web app.
In-App notifications can be found by clicking on the bell icon in the upper right of the web app.
Events of a similar type will be grouped together by time and type, making it easy to browse though the In-App notifications. Here is an example.
Mobile Push Notifications
Use the mobile app to change which events you receive mobile push notifications for. Mobile supports only a few key event types, but we intend for the mobile and web apps to reach parity eventually.
You may manage your push notifications by tapping your user menu (or avatar) in mobile and clicking Notifications
Under Notify me when...
toggle the notifications on that you would like to receive push notifications for. These will only be delivered to your mobile device where the Nuspire app is installed.
